I have been involved in small town politics my entire life. When choosing an attorney, I discussed my options of local representation and knew I would need outside counsel. I'm realistic because I know how the political, judicial machine functions. Im convinced had I not chosen outside counsel, I wouldve settled for a punishment, that I didnt deserve. Several political proponents for freedom of speech recommended Daniel. I've never been accused of a crime in my life and he was who I needed. Thankfully I was cleared of the crime I didn't commit, and Daniel was the driving force, in that process, defending my freedom of speech. I'm extremely grateful for his preliminary trial argument, that won my case.

We were in the middle of a battle with a large department within the government. The case included EEO violations, willful discrimination against an employee with almost 30 years with the agency, and a host of other issues. Our attorney at the time had his license pulled for alleged misconduct. Daniel Turklay. took the case on a contingency as the previous attorney had done. The difference has Mr. Turklay has something I value greatly and some other attorneys do not. It is called honesty and integrity. After learning what the opposing attorney was going to do, he gave excellent legal advice, which we took. He never made a dime and never asked for anything. He manages the anxiety of his clients well and can walk into a county where he is not known and establish his credibility quickly. Anytime I need an attorney, I will always call Daniel first. If it is not the primary area of his practice, he will tell you. He will not take your money and run. Honestly, I consider him to be the best attorney "for the people" I have ever met.

I came to Daniel with a potential case against my apartment complex who violated my rights. He did the work necessary to find out what my options were and presented me with a well thought out plan.
